Massage Therapy


Equine Massage Therapy:

  • Improves overall circulation of blood and lymph fluids allowing oxygen and nutrients to be carried to all parts of the body
  • Relieves muscle tightness, restriction and pain by loosening the muscles allowing them to relax and move more freely increasing their Range of Motion
  • Helps repair damaged nerves by supplying blood and oxygen giving them a chance to heal and prevent muscle atrophy
  • Frees muscle adhesions and improves scar tissue allowing muscle fibers to return to normal position
    Flushes out metabolic wastes that cause muscle stiffness and soreness
  • Improves overall disposition

When  Massage Therapy is NOT recommended

  • Acute inflammation or swelling of the skin, soft tissue or joints
  • Fractured or broken bones
  • Acute trauma / open wounds
  • Systemic infection and/or temperature
